Payment

Digital Payment Methods-
are just as easy. I only use Paypal, utilizing the invoice feature for online transactions. All you'll need to do, when we've come to an agreed upon price, is give me your e-mail address and I can get an invoice sent to you. Paypal accounts are not required, as Paypal's invoice system allows payment via credit card. All that is required is an e-mail address and credit/debit card.

For in Person Transactions-
Paypal, Card, and Cash are all acceptable methods of payment, with cash being preferred.

Partial Payment Plans- Payment plans are an option for all purchases over $50 before shipping. Thirty percent down is required, and the commission will not be shipped or delivered until the total amount is paid off. All payment plans have a set date for when payments are due, while usually the 15th, dates are negotiable. Failure to pay by the set date will result in a late fee. The chart below breaks down the length of partial payment plans offered and outlines late fees.

How This Works

Below, you'll find a summary of how the ordering and commission process works

• First, you shoot me a line and let me know what you're interested in! Send me an e-mail, note or PM on Facebook and let me know you'd like to commission something from me. Some simple information about what you're curious in ordering would be really helpful and can speed our discussions along. If you have a design already figured out, that's fantastic!

• For those without a design in mind, this is when we'll discuss what can and can't be done. I'm really good at what I do, so there's not much I'll say “can't” to. There's one big one, however, and I'll list it below. If you have a basic design together, this is also the point when we finalize it.

• Next, we'll discuss materials to use. Rings, scales, etc., and the types of metal will all be talked about during this phase. Do keep in mind that I have access to some metals that I don't keep on hand. These exotic metals are a bit more expensive than the ones I keep on hand, so if you're interested in them, I can NOT offer any sort of discounts or refunds for them.

• Also of note, if not ordered in a single batch, materials colors can vary.

• Now's the time when we discuss pricing. I strive to keep my prices as low as I can from the start, but I'm willing to negotiate. However, if I have to strike a bottom line, I'm pretty much sticking to that and won't go any further.

• Once a price has been discussed and agreed on, then I'll send you an invoice for the job. For orders over Fifty ($50) USD, I will require Thirty (30%) percent of the price upfront as a down payment. This is for materials costs, and because of this, will be non-refundable.

• Now, the magic happens! I start to work on your piece, building it to your specifications. I try my best to work as quickly as possible and have had a lot of success finishing a project within Ten (10) days. However, some projects, either through scope of size, or rarity of materials, may take longer than this. If so, I will keep you informed of this.

• Once the project is completed, if a balance is still owed, it should be paid. With some large jobs, this may not be possible within the first days of it being finished, but I do require all projects remaining balances to be paid within the allotted time listed in the chart. I reserve the right to sell the piece to another interested party if the payments cease without prior information, or the balance is not paid off within the time frame.

• When the balance has been paid, I'll ship out your jewelry! With this also comes a tracking number, so you can be there step by step in the delivery process! Please keep in mind that your LEGAL NAME is required for shipment.

• Lastly, it arrives at your home, you take it out of the box, and start looking awesome!

My short no list is pretty simple. I will not order, or work, with galvanized steel. It's a personal thing, I just don't like working with it, so choose not to even have it as an option. While that's the only thing I can list specifically, I do reserve the right to turn down any offer that comes forward that I'm uncomfortable with. Along with this, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

If you have your own design already, please supply it and we'll discuss any points where it may need to be modified, or could be done in a way that will save on some expenses. However, if you don't have a design of your own in mind, I'm more than happy to help you design a piece. There are certain conditions that must be adhered to.

• Included in prices quoted once the design is completed is one (1) hour of my time in designing the piece.

• If more time is required, then the final price will be adjusted in increments of fifteen (15) minutes.

• The price per fifteen (15) minute increment is three (3) USD to compensate me for additional time spent in the design process.

Like any other copyrighted work, all design materials not provided by you remain my intellectual property and are not transferable in the event that we can not agree on a satisfactory pricing agreement

Design Process

Adjustments – This is an error that I have caused, either through a misunderstanding, mistake, or something else that was of my own doing.

Corrections – This is an error that has occurred because the client gave the wrong information at the time of ordering.

Adjustments are my fault and I will happily own up to them. If I misunderstood something or made a mistake while creating your piece, I will do everything I can to correct the mistake and get you the dream you wanted.

If an adjustment is necessary, please contact me as soon as you see it and I'll make arrangements to have it shipped back to me. I will work diligently to fix the problem and ship it back to you. This is all at my cost.

My mistake, my responsibility to make sure it's corrected.

Corrections are the fault of miscommunication on the client side. I.E. you wanted a six inch bracelet and told me you wanted an eight inch. An eight inch bracelet is what I was told and that's what I created.

I will make every effort to avoid this happening in our communications by verifying everything I am told, however, it can still happen. Client diligence is key in catching these mistakes before they happen.

If it is not caught that the wrong thing was communicated to me, I'm still willing to fix the piece, however shipping, materials, and labor costs will be the client's responsibility.

PLEASE be sure to read all correspondence carefully before work is agreed upon and begun, and payment is rendered, so that we can avoid this possibly happening.

Corrections and Adjustments

Refunds ARE possible, however because of the nature of my work, only under a certain set of circumstances. If you are in need of a refund because of personal losses or the like, and need those funds elsewhere, prompt communication is key.

All sales are FINAL for purchases of pre-made products. If you need an adjustment made for a more proper fit, please address this before shipment and we can discuss the cost of adjusting the product.

Custom pieces are a different story, so if you're ordering custom work, please read the below carefully. By remitting payment of the invoice sent, you're agreeing to these terms and conditions.

• Once payment is remitted, only labor and shipping costs for the product can be refunded. I tend to order your materials right away to keep your time waiting to a minimum.

• Once work has begun on your piece (you will be notified when it's begun), the shipping cost for the product and Fifty (50) percent of the labor costs can be refunded. I reserve the right, after a refund has been tendered, to complete the piece and sell it to another client if they wish to purchase it.

• Once work is completed, if unshipped, only shipping costs for the product can be refunded. I reserve the right, after the refund has been tendered, to complete the piece and sell it to another client if they wish to purchase it.

• Once the piece has been shipped, no refund of any kind is available.

All refunds will be less any transaction fees that are incurred by me that are not reversed by Paypal. Documentation of these irreversible fees will be sent to you via e-mail.
